2. Precise Dimensions

Our stainless steel honed tubes are produced using a cold drawing process, ensuring uniform outer diameter, wall thickness, and straightness; the inner diameter is honed, with a diameter tolerance controllable to H7-H9 grade, roundness and cylindricity ≤0.003mm/m, and straightness ≤0.3mm/m.
Each tube undergoes strict dimensional inspection to ensure precise dimensions that meet ASTM standards or customer requirements.

3. Excellent Surface Quality

The inner surface of our tubes is honed, achieving an inner surface roughness of Ra0.4-0.8μm. The outer surface is typically cold-rolled, with a roughness of Ra1.6-3.2μm, and can also be polished.
Our tubes undergo strict surface quality control to ensure the surface is free of scratches, overlaps, pits, cracks, and has a clean, oil-free inner surface.

4. Stable Mechanical Properties

Our tubes utilize a honing process that does not alter the metallographic structure of the base material, preserving the original strength, toughness, and hardness of the steel pipe.
Our tubes undergo rigorous tensile testing and hardness testing, maintaining stable performance under high-pressure conditions.
