The Hollow Stainless Steel 304 316 Steel Tube is manufactured using a "hot extrusion + cold drawing" seamless forming process; free from weld defects, it boasts a pressure resistance capacity 40% to 60% higher than that of standard-gauge seamless pipes.
The tubing undergoes solution heat treatment to ensure exceptional toughness, allowing it to be subjected to various processing operations-including cutting, bending, drilling, welding, and flanging. This makes it ideally suited to meet the structural forming requirements for a wide range of load-bearing components and framework assemblies within large-scale machinery and equipment.

- Depending on the operating environment of large machinery, we offer customized surface treatments, including bright annealing, mechanical polishing (with various finishes ranging from 180# to 800#), wire drawing, and electropolishing.

Possible Alternative Grades
- For applications requiring frequent welding, MT304L or MT316L is recommended; their low carbon content significantly reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion and eliminates the need for post-weld heat treatment.
- For extreme chemical environments, 904L is the preferred choice, offering resistance against strong acids and chloride attack.
- In highly corrosive environments-such as those found in seawater desalination or deep-sea oil extraction-S32750 or S32760 super duplex stainless steel may be selected; however, given their higher cost, their use is recommended only under specific, demanding operating conditions.
