The automotive stainless steel tube undergoes a bright annealing process, resulting in a surface roughness of Ra ≤0.4 μm. The inner wall is free from oxide scale, micro-cracks, and loose impurities, effectively preventing issues such as hydraulic fluid contamination, valve blockages, and pipeline obstructions, thereby eliminating hydraulic system failures.
The tubing is manufactured from high-quality austenitic stainless steel, offering excellent temperature and corrosion resistance. With an operating temperature range of -196°C to 425°C, it withstands the rigors of cold winter starts and the high-heat environment of the engine compartment during summer. Additionally, the TP316L grade contains 2.0%–3.0% molybdenum, providing superior resistance to corrosion from salt spray, engine oil, and brake fluid.

- For turbocharger cooling lines and high-temperature exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) piping, TP321 is a suitable choice; it offers high-temperature resistance and eliminates the need for post-weld heat treatment.
- For environments involving extremely harsh acidic condensate or marine salt spray, 904L is an ideal option, providing excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
- TP316LN, which incorporates nitrogen, offers superior strength, pulse fatigue resistance, and pitting resistance compared to 316L, making it well-suited for the high-frequency, high-pressure hydraulic operating conditions found in commercial vehicles.

Q: How is the internal cleanliness of the hydraulic tubing ensured?
A: We utilize a specialized degreasing and cleaning line to remove internal oils and particulates. Tube ends are sealed with caps before delivery, and particle analysis reports can be provided upon request to verify cleanliness levels in accordance with ISO 4406 standards.
