Our seamless tubes are made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel, maintaining excellent mechanical properties across a temperature range of -196°C to +870°C, preventing fatigue caused by expansion and contraction.
4. Excellent Flexibility
Our Automotive Stainless Steel Tube undergoes bending and weldability testing, exhibiting excellent flexibility and weldability. It ensures no wrinkling or breakage during small-radius bending and is suitable for various welding processes, including IG welding, laser welding, rail welding, and resistance welding.
5. Dimensional Accuracy
Our tubing undergoes rigorous dimensional control to ensure that the outer diameter, wall thickness, straightness, and ovality meet ASTM A269 standard tolerances or customer requirements.

Our tubing surfaces are treated with cold drawing, pickling, passivation, and polishing, resulting in a smooth surface that reduces friction, minimizes pressure loss, and prevents the accumulation of contaminants within the hydraulic system.
