JIS G3463 stainless steel tube is manufactured using seamless forming processes such as hot extrusion and cold drawing, ensuring dimensional precision: an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.10 mm, wall thickness uniformity with a deviation of ≤3%, and straightness of ≤1.5 mm/m.
Produced from high-temperature-specific grades (SUS304HTB/SUS316HTB) and optimized through specialized heat treatment, these tubes support maximum operating temperatures of 650°C and pressures of 16 MPa. They offer exceptional resistance to high temperatures and pressures, making them suitable for long-term heat exchange applications under such demanding conditions.

Possible Alternative Grades
- For applications with mild chloride ion exposure and weak corrosive media, SUS316LTB can be selected instead of SUS304LTB. Although more expensive, its pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) increases from approximately 18 to ≥24.
- For demanding applications requiring cyclic heating above 1000°C or facing repeated oxidation and scaling, SUS310STB is preferable to SUS309TB. Its higher chromium-nickel content provides better resistance to high-temperature corrosion.
- For corrosion from sulfur-containing or vanadium-containing combustion products, and extreme temperatures >1100°C, Incoloy 800H/HT can be chosen instead of SUS310STB, offering superior high-temperature performance.
- If high-temperature performance is required but the work hardening tendency of niobium is to be avoided, SUS321TB can be used instead of SUS347TB. It is suitable for heat exchangers, boiler systems, and steam condensers in power plants.

Q: What is the maximum custom length for the tubing?
A: Standard fixed lengths are 6, 9, and 12 meters, with a maximum custom length of up to 19 meters per piece. This accommodates the assembly of full-length tubes for large shell-and-tube heat exchangers, thereby reducing the need for intermediate welded joints.
Q: What inspections are performed before the tubes leave the factory?
A: We strictly conduct pre-delivery inspections, including dimensional checks, spectral analysis of chemical composition, tensile testing, and 100% hydrostatic testing or online eddy current testing (ET). Hardness, flattening, flaring, and intergranular corrosion tests can also be provided upon request.
