The TORICH L-Type Fin Tube is manufactured using a cold-rolling process, in which L-shaped stainless steel fins are tightly wound onto a seamless stainless steel tube that conforms to ASTM A213 standards. Its strong mechanical bond, excellent corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance make it widely used in petrochemical plants, power generation systems, waste heat recovery, and high-temperature heat exchange equipment.

  • Our tubes undergo chemical composition and mechanical property testing to ensure compliance with ASTM A213 standards.
  • The tubes undergo solution annealing to enhance the ductility of the fin winding, prevent cracking, and ensure stable performance during temperature cycling of the heat exchanger.

 

4. Surface Quality

  • Our L-Type Fin Tubes undergo pickling and passivation before fin winding, resulting in a smooth surface that ensures a tight and precise winding between the fins and the base tube.
  • Our tubes undergo visual surface inspection before packaging to ensure the finned tubes are free of gaps, scratches, edge burrs, or deformation.
