- The tubes undergo fin bond strength testing to ensure the L-shaped fins are firmly locked and will not loosen due to vibration.
3. Material Control
- Our tubes undergo chemical composition and mechanical property testing to ensure compliance with ASTM A213 standards.
- The tubes undergo solution annealing to enhance the ductility of the fin winding, prevent cracking, and ensure stable performance during temperature cycling of the heat exchanger.
4. Surface Quality
- Our L-Type Fin Tubes undergo pickling and passivation before fin winding, resulting in a smooth surface that ensures a tight and precise winding between the fins and the base tube.
- Our tubes undergo visual surface inspection before packaging to ensure the finned tubes are free of gaps, scratches, edge burrs, or deformation.
