TORICH 1/2 Stainless Steel Tubing Coil is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel TP304/TP316/316L, offering resistance to chloride and chemical corrosion, making it suitable for instrumentation, chemical processing, and oil and gas applications.
The tubing undergoes rigorous chemical composition testing to ensure compliance with ASTM A269 standards, and is pickled and passivated to enhance its corrosion resistance.

2. Excellent Flexibility and Bendability

The tubing is bright annealed to reduce hardness and improve elongation and formability, making it easy to bend and shape, supporting smaller minimum bending radii, and suitable for instrumentation, hydraulic, and control lines.
The tubing undergoes bending and mechanical performance tests to ensure that the bending degree meets customer requirements. The tubing is supplied in coil form for flexible installation.

3. Precise Dimensions

Our tubing is manufactured using a multi-pass cold drawing process, ensuring precise dimensions and strict tolerances that allow for perfect matching with compression fittings and connectors.
Our 1/2 Stainless Steel Tubing Coil can be up to 100 meters long, allowing for continuous long runs. This significantly reduces the need for connections such as welding or mechanical joints, reducing the risk of leaks.

4. Surface Finish

Our coiled tubing is bright annealed, resulting in a mirror-like smooth inner and outer surface, free from oxides, scaling, and discoloration, reducing the possibility of particle accumulation or blockage in medical, pharmaceutical, and instrument lines.
The tubing is inspected visually, via endoscope testing, and surface roughness measurement to ensure compliance with ASTM A269 standards or customer requirements.
