2. High Dimensional Accuracy
- The Stainless Steel Coil Pipe is manufactured according to EN 10216-5 standards, ensuring that the outer diameter and wall thickness of each pipe meet the specified tolerances. Outer diameter tolerance is ±0.01mm, and wall thickness tolerance is 0.1mm.
- After coiling, a professional straightening process ensures the pipe's straightness and ovality are suitable for compression fittings, automated assembly, etc.
3. Weldability and Machinability
- Our coil ends undergo precision cutting and deburring to reduce welding defects. The pipes are compatible with various welding methods, including argon arc welding, laser welding, and resistance welding.
- The materials we select are tested using a spectrometer to ensure they comply with EN 10216-5 standards. Stainless steel offers excellent cold-working properties and supports secondary processing such as flaring, necking, and turning.
4. High Pressure Resistance
- Our pipes are manufactured using a seamless forming process, eliminating weak points like weld seams and ensuring stable pressure resistance. Suitable for high-pressure pipelines in hydraulic systems and instrument lines.
- The pipes undergo rigorous eddy current testing and hydrostatic testing to ensure stable operation under high-pressure, vibration, and temperature conditions, eliminating safety hazards such as pipe bursts and leaks.
