The inner layer of 316 Coated Stainless Steel Tubing is made of 316 material, which can withstand high temperatures up to 1112°F (approximately 600°C), making it suitable for high-temperature applications such as conveying high-temperature fluids and steam.
TORICH products are manufactured with strict quality control. The base tubing is made of high-quality stainless steel and undergoes rigorous chemical composition testing.

2. High Pressure Resistance

The 316 Coated Stainless Steel Tubing base tube is a seamless tube manufactured using a cold drawing process, capable of withstanding pressures of 60-100 MPa, and undergoes non-destructive testing to ensure the tubing is free of defects.
In the oil and gas industry, seamless steel pipes have significant advantages. Their strength and sealing performance are superior to welded steel pipes, which can reduce the risk of leakage to a certain extent.

3.Durable Protective Coating

The insulation material on the outer layer of our stainless steel base tubing uses insulating fiberglass, which has good insulation and heat resistance, and is resistant to corrosion.
The outermost PVC coating uses environmentally friendly, flame-retardant A-grade PVC sheathing, which isolates the steel pipe from external moisture and chemicals, preventing soil corrosion or mechanical wear, thus extending its service life. It is suitable for outdoor, underground, or corrosive environments.

Packaging

Once the pipes have passed all inspections and tests, they are ready for packaging. They are usually packaged in bales wrapped in plastic. The pipes can be bundled and ready for delivery according to customer requirements, ensuring that the pipes are protected during transportation and prevent surface damage.
