2. Precise Dimensions
- Our capillary tubes are manufactured using multiple cold-drawing processes, ensuring tight outer/inner diameter tolerances of ±0.005 mm and uniform wall thickness, making them ideal for hydraulic control lines, medical devices, and high-precision instruments.
- Each batch of TORICH capillary tubes undergoes precision laser measurement and high-precision gauge testing to ensure concentricity, straightness, ovality, and overall dimensional consistency.
3. Clean Surface
- Our capillary tubes undergo pickling and passivation treatment followed by ultrasonic cleaning to ensure the tube surface is free of residual oil, scale, and metal particles. Furthermore, the inner surface undergoes abrasive flow polishing to ensure a smooth finish, making it ideal for instrument piping.
- TORICH Stainless Steel Capillary Tubes undergo surface roughness testing, achieving a surface roughness of up to 0.005 μm, suitable for medical devices and micro-instrument applications.
4. Excellent Pressure Resistance
- Compared to austenitic stainless steel, our capillary tubes are made of high-quality duplex stainless steel, possessing higher yield strength and tensile strength, thus capable of withstanding high internal pressure. The annealing process further enhances their resistance to hydraulic fracturing.
- Our tubing undergoes rigorous hydrostatic and eddy current testing to ensure no leakage or deformation risk, and guarantees uniform wall thickness free from cracks, pinholes, or inclusions.
5. Packaging and Shipping
- Our tubing is shipped using plastic caps, plastic film, woven bags, and wooden crates to prevent scratches and contamination. It is supplied in straight or coiled form.
- We support sea, land, and air freight and provide sample support. Supports moisture-proof and rust-proof packaging, ensuring each package has a clear label and traceability code.
