Our stainless capillary tube is manufactured using a combination of multi-roll cold rolling and precision welding, achieving a dimensional accuracy of up to 0.2%.


The entire production process adheres to rigorous cleanliness protocols; the tubes feature surfaces free of oil stains, impurities, and oxide layers, while their inner walls remain free of residue-thereby meeting the stringent cleanliness standards required by the instrumentation industry.

  2. We provide precision tube bending services-including U-shapes, S-shapes, and coils-executed strictly in accordance with engineering drawings; we also perform slotting, punching, and flattening operations.
  3. Surface finish options include Bright Annealing (BA), Mechanical Polishing (MP), and Electropolishing (EP); for instrumentation signal tubing, additional demagnetization or low-permeability treatments are available upon request.
  4. Products can be supplied in various temper conditions-Soft, Medium-Hard, or Hard-to accommodate diverse bending requirements or high-pressure strength applications.

Possible Alternative Grades

 

  1. For high-temperature sensor assemblies operating continuously at temperatures exceeding 500°C, SUS321 is a suitable choice.
  2. For offshore instrumentation, aggressive chemical processing environments, or high-pressure systems requiring exceptional strength and resistance to stress corrosion, Duplex 2205 is recommended.
  3. 254SMO offers extremely high corrosion resistance, making it ideal for seawater desalination, chemical processing, and ultra-high-pressure systems.

Q: Can the dimensional tolerances meet the requirements for high-precision sensors?

A: Yes. Our standard tolerances for tubing are ±0.01 mm to ±0.03 mm for outer diameter, and ±0.005 mm to ±0.02 mm for wall thickness. The inner surface roughness is Ra ≤ 0.4 μm. We can also customize even tighter tolerances-down to a minimum of ±0.005 mm-based on specific customer requirements.

Q: Is it possible to perform secondary processing, such as bending or cutting?

A: Yes. After undergoing annealing treatment, the tubing exhibits excellent machinability, allowing for various secondary processing operations such as bending, cutting, swaging, and chamfering. The bending radius can be customized according to the outer diameter.

Q: How do you ensure the cleanliness of the capillary tubing?

A: Prior to shipment, the tubing undergoes either Bright Annealing (BA) or a rigorous degreasing, pickling, and purification treatment to ensure that both the inner and outer surfaces are free from oil residues and particulate contaminants.
