2. Excellent Bendability and Machinability
- Our tubing is manufactured using a cold-drawn mandrel process, resulting in a smooth surface and uniform wall thickness. Therefore, the tubing does not wrinkle, buckle, or experience wall thinning during bending.
- Our Roll Cage Tubing uses high-quality materials such as 1020, 1026, and 4130, with controllable welding properties to ensure strong roll cage joints. Material certification reports are available.
3. High-Quality Surface Treatment
- Our tubing is cold-drawn, resulting in a smooth surface with an Ra of 1.6-3.2μm; surface polishing is also available.
- The tubing undergoes eddy current testing and profilometer measurements to ensure a sufficiently smooth surface for precise bending, welding, and coating.
4. Weld Quality
- Our tubing is manufactured by resistance welding steel strips and then cold-drawing them on a mandrel. The cold-drawing process eliminates defects at the weld seam, and the weld strength after welding is comparable to or higher than the base material strength.
- TORICH tubing provides tests such as penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, or eddy current testing to ensure the tubing is free of surface cracks, lack of fusion, and welding defects.
