1. High Strength Advantages
- Duplex Seamless Pipe has a yield strength approximately twice that of ordinary austenitic stainless steel, allowing for thinner wall thicknesses while maintaining pipe strength. This reduces costs while maintaining pipeline safety and quality.
- The pipes undergo rigorous mechanical property testing to ensure that all performance characteristics meet ASTM A790/A789 standards or customer requirements.
2. High Corrosion Resistance
- In the chemical and petrochemical industries, where long-term contact with corrosive media is required, Duplex Seamless Pipe is resistant to corrosion from acids such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid, as well as various chemical solvents, reducing downtime and leakage risks.
- The pipes are pickled to enhance their corrosion resistance, and rigorous chemical composition testing ensures that the raw materials used meet standard specifications.
3. High Pressure Resistance
- Our pipes are seamless, duplex stainless steel pipes manufactured through a combination of hot extrusion and cold drawing processes, resulting in uniform wall thickness. Ultrasonic testing and hydrostatic testing ensure minimal risk of bursting or deformation.
- Our pipes can withstand high temperatures up to 662°F while maintaining high mechanical strength, making them ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
4. Processing Services
- We provide surface treatments, including pickling and passivation, mechanical polishing (with surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm), sandblasting, electropolishing, as well as chamfering and deburring.
- We support non-standard customization, providing end processing such as threading, flanging, chamfering, and beveling, with an angle accuracy of ±0.5°, compatible with welding standards.

Possible Alternative Grades
- S32304: Compared to S31803/S32205, it has lower nickel and molybdenum content. It offers moderate corrosion resistance and is suitable for applications with lower chloride concentrations and where cost-effectiveness is a priority.
- S32750: A super duplex stainless steel with excellent resistance to localized corrosion and extremely high mechanical strength, suitable for oil and gas, marine, and desalination applications.
- 316L: Compared to duplex stainless steel, it has lower strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking, and is suitable for environments with low chloride content and moderate pressure requirements.
