- Our Large Diameter Stainless Tubing is made of high-quality duplex stainless steel with a maximum PREN value of 40, suitable for seawater, high-salinity brine, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and acidic media.
- Each batch of raw materials produced by TORICH undergoes rigorous testing to ensure compliance with ASTM A790 standards, extending service life in harsh oil and gas environments.
2. High Pressure Resistance
- Our tubing is manufactured using a cold-drawing process to improve its yield strength and tensile strength, and undergoes solution annealing to enhance its strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance.
- Our tubing undergoes rigorous mechanical property testing and hydrostatic testing to ensure it will not deform or crack under high pressure, making it suitable for deep wells, high-pressure pipelines, and subsea equipment.
3. Surface Treatment
- Our Large Diameter Stainless Tubing undergoes pickling and passivation treatment to remove scale, iron filings, and other contaminants, maintaining a smooth surface and corrosion resistance, thereby reducing friction and improving oil transportation efficiency.
- The tubing undergoes endoscopic testing to ensure it is free of cracks, machining marks, and has a uniform inner surface. Polishing is also available.
4. Dimensional Tolerances
- Our pipes are manufactured using a hot extrusion + precision cold forming process, ensuring an outer diameter tolerance of ≤±0.005mm. Sizing dies are used to ensure consistent ovality and uniform wall thickness.
- Each batch of TORICH pipes undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection before shipment to ensure that outer/inner diameter tolerances, wall thickness uniformity, ovality, etc., meet ASTM A790 dimensional standards and customer-specific requirements.
5. Packaging and Shipping
- Our pipes are shipped in plastic caps, plastic films, woven bags, and wooden crates to prevent scratches and contamination.
- We support sea, land, and air freight and provide sample support. We use moisture-proof and rust-proof packaging, ensuring each package has clear labels and traceability codes.
