Every tube produced by TORICH is inspected using an automated measurement system to ensure precise dimensions, meeting ASTM B444 standards or customer requirements.

4. High Surface Smoothness

Our tubing is pickled, passivated, and polished, resulting in a smooth, oil-free surface, ideal for corrosive and high-purity working environments.
The tubing undergoes rigorous surface quality testing, with a surface roughness of ≤0.4μm, significantly reducing the risk of particle adhesion, localized corrosion, and flow resistance.
