Products Description
Our Advantages
1. Strong Corrosion Resistance
Our UNS N08825 Nickel Alloy Tubes have passed pitting and crevice corrosion tests, demonstrating excellent resistance to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and seawater, making them ideal for industries such as chemical processing, seawater desalination, and marine engineering.
2. Strong Mechanical Properties
Our pipes undergo mechanical testing to ensure compliance with ASTM B704 standards, capable of withstanding significant deformation without breakage.
3. High-Quality Welds
Our welded pipes utilize TIG welding, resulting in clean welds and precise dimensions. Non-destructive testing and mechanical property testing ensure the pipes are free of defects and cracks.
4. High-Temperature Resistance
UNS N08825 exhibits excellent performance at high temperatures, resisting oxidation up to 1,000°F (538°C). It maintains its strength and corrosion resistance even at high temperatures, making it ideal for heat exchangers, boiler tubes, and other high-stress systems.
5. Precise Dimensions
Our welded pipes undergo precision cold drawing, ensuring accurate pipe dimensions. Furthermore, after welding, the pipes are straightened using a CNC straightening machine to ensure a straightness tolerance of ≤1 mm/m.
6. Surface Treatment
Our pipes undergo pickling and passivation treatment to enhance their corrosion resistance. They are also polished for a high degree of surface finish. Shot peening and electroplating are also available as surface treatments.
