Products Description
Our Advantages
1. Surface Quality
- Our pipes are supplied in a bright annealed state, ensuring a mirror-like finish on both the inner and outer surfaces, free of oxide scale and yellowing. Surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4μm.
- Nickel 201 pipe undergoes rigorous surface quality testing, including endoscopic testing, surface cleanliness testing, and roughness testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B161 standards.
2. Dimensional Accuracy
- Nickel 201 pipe is manufactured using a cold-drawing process, ensuring uniform wall thickness and an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.05mm, suitable for high-precision piping in instruments and other applications.
- Our pipe dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled in accordance with ASTM B161 standards, rigorously tested using laser diameter gauges and ultrasonic thickness gauges.
3. Corrosion Resistance
- Nickel 201 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for highly corrosive environments, such as caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, and seawater. It demonstrates stronger corrosion resistance than stainless steel and does not exhibit stress corrosion cracking, common in 304/316 stainless steel.
- The pipes undergo spectral analysis, intergranular corrosion testing, and salt spray testing to ensure their corrosion resistance meets customer requirements.
4. Packaging and Customization
- The pipes are individually packaged with plastic caps and protective film to prevent contamination during transportation or storage.
- TORICH offers flexible customization services, including sizing, surface treatment, and processing services such as bending, coiling, flaring, and necking.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between Nickel 201 and Nickel 200?
A: Nickel 201 has a much lower carbon content than Nickel 200, effectively preventing graphite precipitation at high temperatures. Nickel 201 is more suitable for high-temperature chemical processing and applications requiring long-term thermal stability.
Q: How is the processing performance of BA-state Nickel 201? Will it crack when bent or welded?
A: BA is a soft-annealed state with excellent processing properties and ductility. It can be bent, coiled, flared, and necked without cracking.
Q: How is the corrosion resistance of Nickel 201, and what working conditions is it suitable for?
A: Nickel 201 has high corrosion resistance to strong alkalis and reducing media, but it is not resistant to strong oxidizing acids (such as nitric acid).
