TORICH ASTM A312 pipe-specifically "H-grade" stainless steels such as TP304H, TP321H, and TP347H-features superior high-temperature creep strength. With higher carbon content than low-carbon stainless steels, they offer enhanced strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures, making them ideal for high-temperature power generation piping.
Manufactured via cold-drawing or cold-rolling processes, these seamless pipes possess a uniform, dense microstructure. They undergo 100% hydrostatic and eddy current testing to ensure leak-free performance under pressure. Additionally, they exhibit excellent fatigue resistance and can withstand tens of thousands of thermal shock cycles, meeting the demands of long-term, continuous operation in power plants.

- Customized Dimensions: Supports non-standard outer diameters and special wall thicknesses; capable of producing thin-walled precision tubing (suitable for instrumentation sampling lines) and thick-walled high-pressure piping (suitable for main steam high-pressure lines); supports cutting to any specified length between 1 and 18 meters.
- Customized Surface Finishes: Options include pickling and passivation (AP), bright annealing (BA), and mechanical or electropolishing of inner and outer surfaces. For feedwater systems in supercritical units, inner surface roughness can be controlled to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm.
- Customized Pipe Ends: Supports customization of end preparations such as beveling, chamfering, flaring, swaging, and integrated flange welding, ensuring compliance with power plant piping butt-weld installation standards.

Possible Alternative Grades
- In standard power plant feedwater and cooling water systems operating at ambient temperature and low pressure without severe corrosive conditions, TP304L can fully replace TP304, as there is no risk of intergranular corrosion after welding.
- For desulfurization and condenser piping subject to moderate corrosion, TP316L is the optimal substitute for TP316; its low-carbon design eliminates the risk of corrosion failure following high-temperature welding.
- Regarding high-temperature applications, TP347H can replace TP310S in standard high-temperature heat exchange piping; however, only TP310S is suitable for piping exposed to ultra-high-temperature flue gas (above 900°C) or located around the furnace chamber.
