2. Surface Quality

- The pipes undergo pickling and passivation treatment to remove scale and surface impurities, extending the service life of the pipes. The pickled surface provides a uniform, contamination-free base, facilitating subsequent treatments such as polishing.
3. Excellent Weldability and Machinability
- Our pipes are made of austenitic stainless steel, which has excellent ductility and toughness. They are suitable for welding and do not require preheating before welding, facilitating on-site installation.
- The pipes undergo solution annealing to eliminate work hardening of the austenitic material and restore plasticity, allowing for precise and efficient processing. They are suitable for various applications, including fittings, flanges, and custom pipe components.
4. Rigorous Testing Process
- TORICH pipes undergo spectrometer testing, mechanical property testing, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, and hydrostatic testing to ensure that all indicators meet the ASTM A312 standard specifications.
- The pipes undergo rigorous dimensional inspection, and the pickled and passivated surface undergoes specialized testing. The passivation film thickness is 2μm, ensuring the corrosion resistance of the pipes.
5. Customization Services
- ASTM A312 pipe offers non-standard customization services for outer diameter, wall thickness, and length; suitable materials can be provided according to customer project requirements. Polishing and mirror finishing are available for high-purity applications.
