The tube is widely utilized in the high-pressure hydraulic piping systems of various types of construction machinery, including excavators, cranes, and loaders.

The inner surface of the Precision Seamless Stainless Steel Tube is relatively smooth with low roughness; this reduces resistance and turbulence during the flow of hydraulic fluid, thereby minimizing pressure loss and enhancing the transmission efficiency of the hydraulic system.


Furthermore, the smooth surface resists the adhesion of impurities and contaminants, helping to maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid and reducing wear and clogging within hydraulic components, thereby ensuring the proper operation of the system.


Following bright annealing treatment, the tubing is relieved of residual processing stresses and exhibits stable mechanical properties. It is capable of withstanding a rated working pressure of 31.5 MPa to 63 MPa-with a burst pressure of ≥120 MPa-thereby meeting the high-pressure requirements of hydraulic systems in heavy engineering machinery.

  1. We offer customization services for non-standard dimensions, as well as CNC cutting services.
  2. Depending on the client's specific operating conditions, we can provide mechanical polishing (Ra ≤ 0.6 μm ~ 0.2 μm), electropolishing, and similar surface treatments.
  3. We also provide secondary processing services, including chamfering (45°/60°), tapping, swaging, flaring, and tube bending.

Possible Alternative Grades

 

  1. For ultra-high-pressure and highly corrosive operating conditions-such as the high-pressure hydraulic lines found in mining excavators and large-scale cranes-2205 duplex stainless steel is the recommended choice, as it effectively prevents pipe rupture under conditions involving high pressure and vibration.
  2. For high-pressure hydraulic systems in construction machinery that require welding and are subject to moderately corrosive environments, TP316Ti is the preferred option; following welding, its resistance to intergranular corrosion is comparable to that of TP316L.
