The tubes undergo eddy current testing and hydrostatic testing to ensure there are no leaks or corrosion risks.

3. High Heat Transfer Efficiency
Our U-bend steel tubing undergoes surface treatments such as pickling, passivation, and mechanical polishing. The smooth inner surface reduces fluid friction and maximizes convective heat transfer efficiency.
