A: The standard internal surface roughness is Ra ≤ 0.38 μm (15 μin). For high-purity systems, we can provide a Ra ≤ 0.25 μm (10 μin) accuracy. A profilometer measurement report is provided for each batch.

Q: How is it packaged to maintain cleanliness?

A: The tubing is ultrasonically cleaned, capped at both ends, and packed in double-layered PE bags. For international shipping, protective coiled packaging, wooden or steel spool packaging is available, with optional nitrogen purging to maintain internal cleanliness.

Q: What standards does your 316/316L electropolished coil meet?
