- Our Wrap-Around Fin Tubes are made of high-quality 316 stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking. Suitable for chemical processing, marine HVAC, and other applications.
- TORICH tubing undergoes rigorous raw material testing and offers MTC material testing certificates. Salt spray corrosion testing can be performed upon customer request.
2. No Galvanic Corrosion
- Our Wrap-Around Fin Tubes are made of 304/316 stainless steel for both the base tube and fins, eliminating the risk of galvanic corrosion and making them ideal for power plant heat exchanger systems.
- TORICH tubing undergoes chemical composition testing to ensure compliance with ASTM 269 standards.
3. Precise Dimensions
- We use high-pressure cold winding equipment to ensure uniform fin tension and consistent fin spacing. The base tube is manufactured using a cold-drawing process to ensure straightness and avoid assembly problems.
- Each tube undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection using calibrated digital measuring equipment. This ensures perfect mechanical fit during heat exchanger assembly, consistent heat transfer efficiency, and long-term stable operation even in high-temperature and high-vibration environments.
4. High Fin Bonding Strength
- Our fins are tightly wound around the base tube under controlled tension, ensuring the fins do not loosen. The continuous, wrap-around design achieves seamless contact and maintains consistent thermal conductivity throughout its length.
- All finned tubes manufactured by TORICH undergo fin bonding strength testing to ensure the fins will not loosen, slip off, or detach.
