The base tube of the TORICH wrap-around fin tube is made of high-quality seamless austenitic stainless steel compliant with ASTM A213/A213M standards, with fins tightly bonded to the base tube via mechanical wrapping. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and resistance to thermal fatigue, making it suitable for power plant equipment such as heat recovery steam generators, boilers, and waste heat recovery units.

The TORICH Wrap-Around Fin Tube is made of stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, effectively protecting against corrosion from sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and chloride ions in power plant flue gas.

 

The tube undergoes stress-relief annealing, enabling it to withstand high-frequency vibration cycles without fin cracking or detachment, making it perfectly suited for the long-term vibration operating conditions of power plant boilers.

  2. TP310S is suitable for extreme-temperature environments requiring high oxidation resistance, such as furnace exhaust gas recovery systems.
  3. When higher strength and resistance to chloride-induced corrosion are required, 2205 duplex stainless steel can be used; it is particularly well-suited for seawater cooling systems and desalination plants.
