This makes it ideal for microfluidic flow control, needles, guidewires, and analytical tubing.
2. Surface Quality
Our capillaries undergo pickling and passivation, followed by bright annealing and internal and external polishing, to ensure a high degree of surface finish and eliminate contaminant residue. Additionally, the tube ends are chamfered to ensure a burr-free, smooth surface.
3. Strong Corrosion Resistance
Our tubing is made of 316/316L material, and each TORICH tube undergoes chemical composition testing to ensure compliance with standards. 316 stainless steel contains molybdenum, providing excellent corrosion resistance, resisting corrosion from saline and disinfectants, and performing exceptionally well in repeated sterilization cycles.
4. Weldability and Formability
Our tubing boasts excellent weldability, compatible with laser welding, TIG welding, resistance welding, and other welding technologies. The 316L material, in particular, minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, preventing intergranular corrosion. It supports micro-welding, crimping, bending, and assembly operations, making it ideal for ultra-thin-wall and precision medical applications.
