Our 2.5 3 4 Titanium Exhaust Tubing maintains excellent mechanical properties at temperatures up to 600°C (1110°F) without deformation or embrittlement, making it ideal for racing, aircraft, and turbocharged exhaust systems. Mechanical property test reports are available.
3. Welding Quality
Our tubing is produced using TIG welding and laser welding to ensure clean and high-quality welds. Post-weld pickling and passivation ensure corrosion resistance. Each welded tube undergoes rigorous quality testing to ensure weld quality.
4. Surface Treatment
The tubing undergoes a pickling and passivation treatment to form a passive film, enhancing chemical and environmental corrosion resistance. The inner surface of the steel tubing is mechanically polished to reduce friction and flow resistance, improving exhaust gas flow efficiency.
